Vickyheldan Empowerment foundation (VEF) is a non governmental organization created to support and uplift vulnerable, underprivileged and undeserved communities, in Africa.
Our aim is focused on giving hope, restoring the livelihood, protecting and providing adequate facilities for the less privileged in Africa in accordance with the United Nations sustainable development goals . This initiative is driven by the passion to create and empower a world where everyone has an opportunity to live a healthy, productive and fulfilled life
VISION
The Vickyheldan Empowerment Foundation (VEF) aims to be a beacon of hope and positive change for underserved and vulnerable communities across Africa by transforming lives through empowerment, support, and sustainable development. It seeks a future where the less privileged individuals and communities will have an improved livelihoods, opportunities, and access to essential services.
MISSION
The mission of the Vickyheldan Foundation focuses on supporting and uplifting the less privileged through a range of philanthropic and developmental activities, including:
- Giving hope and restoring livelihoods for vulnerable populations.
- Providing essential resources and support services to underserved communities, such as food distribution, medical outreach, educational materials.
- Facilitating empowerment programs, Humanitarian Outreach: distributing food, essential supplies, and support to families in need. Skill acquisition, advocacy for gender equality, women empowerment, and girl-child education.
- Protecting and meeting the needs of children, women, the elderly, and others in need by aligning with the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals.
In summary, the foundation’s core mission is to inspire hope, improve livelihoods, promote education and skills development, and ensure that communities have access to facilities and opportunities for sustainable growth.
